Purchasing the raw material and providing the lot number
After the quality inspection is ok then it issued to production and starts the pretreatment process (dust cleaning, destoning etc)
After completing the flaking process, the solvent extraction process will be started.
Then completing the evaporating and desolventizing process, the ageing process will be started.
Ageing material will be centrifuged and producing a wet cake. Then it will go to the vacuum drying process and will get a powdered product.
After blending and sieving process it will be packed in a suitable container. Quality control department will be ensured the quality of the product in every stage of the process.
